These Terms govern your use of cryptojana.ai(the "Site"), operated by Jana (Juliana) ("we", "us", "Jana Crypto Queen") from Melbourne, Australia. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we do

The Site showcases Jana's work as a crypto educator and content creator, and the Queens Circle creator network. Through the Site you can: read editorial content, subscribe to the newsletter, view the Partner page, and submit a lead form for campaign briefs, speaking requests, or general inquiries. We do not sell products directly through the Site; all commercial engagements are handled offline after an inquiry is received.

2. No investment or financial advice

Everything on the Site — blog posts, social content, videos, community discussion — is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and high-risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Past performance of any asset or strategy discussed is not indicative of future results. Always do your own research and consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

3. Acceptable use

When you use the Site, you agree you will NOT:

• Use it for anything unlawful or fraudulent.
• Submit content that is defamatory, abusive, infringing, or misleading.
• Attempt to access non-public areas, bypass security, scrape content at scale, or disrupt the Site.
• Use automated tools to submit forms or harvest data.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may suspend or block access for violations at our discretion.

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, images, videos, graphics, the Jana Crypto Queen brand, the Queens Circle name, logos — belongs to Jana or the respective creators. You may view and share short quotes and images with attribution and a link back to the Site.

Using our content or brand in paid advertising, resale, or commercial services without written permission is prohibited.

5. Third-party links and services

The Site links to third-party services (Telegram, X/Twitter, Luma, partner brand websites). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those services. Your interaction with them is governed by their own terms.

6. Brand partnerships disclosure

Jana and the Queens Circle creators run paid campaigns with crypto brands. Sponsored content is disclosed where it appears. Mention of a brand on the Site does not imply endorsement of that brand's products or tokens as an investment.

7. Lead form and inquiries

Submitting the lead form does not create a binding engagement. We review inquiries and respond within a few business days. Any commercial engagement is subject to a separate written agreement.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, free of errors, or that any information is current or accurate at every moment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any direct damages is limited to AUD $100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or equivalent mandatory law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the Site.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top reflects the last revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia. If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction with mandatory local protections, those protections still apply.
