App Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED 23 October 2026This policy covers the small apps Jana Crypto Queen (operating from Australia) uses to manage her own social media accounts, for example the Jana Assistant app on Meta's platform, which connects to her Instagram. It sits alongside the main Privacy Policy for cryptojana.ai.
1. What the apps do
They connect only to accounts Jana owns. They read her own posts, the numbers on them (such as views, reach, likes, saves and shares) and the comments people leave, so she can see what works and plan her content. They do not post, send messages or act on anyone else's account.
2. Information about other people
When someone comments on one of Jana's posts, the app can see that comment and the public username that posted it. We use this only to read feedback on her own content. We do not sell it, share it with anyone, use it for advertising, or contact anyone because of it.
3. Where it is kept
Data from the apps is handled on Jana's own devices and in her private working files. Access keys are kept private and never published. Instagram and Facebook data also stays covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.
4. How long we keep it
Post numbers may be kept as summaries for as long as they help with content planning. Comments are read when needed and are not stored long term.
5. Deleting your data
To have any information about you removed, email janacryptoqueen@gmail.com and we will delete it within 30 days. You can also delete your own comment on Instagram at any time. Once it is gone from Instagram, the apps can no longer see it.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and you can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (OAIC in Australia, or your local authority in the EU/EEA). The main Privacy Policy explains these rights in full.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this page when the apps change. The date at the top shows the last revision.
