How to run this live

Silent and private. Same as the Part 1 phone moment. "Keep going until you hit a no. You don't have to tell anyone where you stopped."
Your own path. Four yeses, questions 1 to 4. Then No at question 5, and your reason is "I'm bad at that format". Your story is not printed on that card any more, you tell it live. Then click See where you are, and the pin lands on 5. Optional hands up first so they see how many are in the same place.
Only one no is an exit. "I don't want to" at question 5 ends the ladder on purpose. Every other reason sends them back to the same question.
Nobody gets sorted. Everyone walks the same eight, they just stop in different places.
The ending. Every card where someone can stop has a pink "I'm here". It pops the invite up right there, the screen doesn't move. "See where you are" zooms out to the whole map with a You are here pin on the question where they stopped, and "I'm here" waits there too. The invite: the free first mentorship for a small group (not tied to Melbourne since 23 Oct), or just following you on Instagram. Signing up asks for first name and email (handle optional), with an unticked box for your future emails, and sends them to your leads in Airtable, with the question they stopped at. "Not now" or a tap outside closes it, and they are back on their card.
Moving around. Click Yes or No on the lines, and the reasons on their lines. Esc or Main map zooms all the way out. Keys 1 to 8 jump to a question, Y and N answer it. Drag to move, scroll or pinch to zoom.
Live behind a QR code. One file. On a phone, big buttons for every answer appear at the bottom. These notes only show on your laptop, never on the live page.
Jumping straight to a card, for testing. Add #go= and a stop to the end of the address, and the map opens there with no animation. #go=r5-2 is question 5, reason 2. #go=h4 is the reasons under question 4. #go=r5-2,map opens that card, then the whole map with the pin. Without it the page works as normal.
